The VA is taken to court over the crappy job they are doing providing mental help to veterans, and not doing enough to prevent suicides. In a classic response, government lawyers have said that the courts don’t have the authority to tell the department how to do its business. 

I don’t live anywhere near Indiana, and yet I continue to smell shit.
